Ingredients :

6cl Four roses small batch Bourbon

1/4 teaspoon Truffle honey

4 drops of Walnuts bitters

spray of Absinthe

Lemon oils

Method: Stir well the Bourbon with the truffle honey add bitters and ice , continue stirring add more ice then strain into a lowball glass with a a clear ice cube , spray Absinthe on top and lemon zest oils .
