"Summer breeze , makes me feel fine.... Don't you just love a Summer night when there is a light breeze in the air? Of course you do! What goes great with a nice Summer breeze? A Spritz of course! Hanging out with friends, having a laugh, enjoying the good times! Here's my recipe for a light, refreshing Summertime Spritz. Of course I have to name my cocktail after a song as I always do! So here's a throwback to the 70's . Sit back, relax, listen to some Seals and and Crofts and have a nice refreshing Summer Breeze. Cheers to Summer!


  • 1.5 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa
  • 1oz Yuzuri Yuzu Liqueur
  • .5 oz Giffard Abricot du Roussillon
  • 4 oz Chastenay Crémant
  • Mix of Turmeric , Sugar and Salt ( half rim)
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig (garnish)

Add Cocchi Americano Rosa, Yuzuri and Abricot in a wine glass that has been half rimmed with a mix of turmeric, salt and sugar. Add ice and top with Crémant
Garnish with a slapped sprig of Rosemary.
