Juan Valderrama, the 2012 finalist from Colombia, had one of the best “shaker faces” I ever did see!

Classic Chic – Dry Martini

Glass: Martini

Garnish: Olives

Method: Stirred

60ml Tanqueray No. TEN

30ml Dry vermouth

Twisted Chic – Ray Night

Glass: Coupette

Garnish: Splash of grenadine and silver sugar balls

Method: Shake and strain

2oz Zacapa 23 rum

½ oz Grand Marnier

½ oz Sweet vermouth

¼ oz Maraschino

1 Egg white
