1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 oz vodka
2 oz Peppermint Chocolate Syrup (see below)
6 oz hot coffee
heavy cream, very stiffly whipped
In your favorite mug, add Kahlua, vodka and the Peppermint Chocolate Syrup. Add coffee and stir well. Top with the stiff whipped cream and garnish with the Cinnamon stick. Shaved chocolate over the top really makes this drink pop.
Peppermint Chocolate Syrup
Makes enough for 8 drinks1 bag of York Peppermint Patties (8.5 oz.)
8 oz. hot water
8 oz. vodka
Chop up the York Peppermint Patties and place in a heat-resistant container. Add hot water and stir until the pieces melt all the way. Allow to cool; add vodka. Refrigerate until cold.
